I needed my new empty house done last minute so it would be move in ready, they sent a team that did an excellent job for us! So appreciated them.

I set up and first deep cleaning for my parents. They paid attention to details, the house looked amazing and smelled so good. We had Andrea and Yulissa and they were friendly and thorough! We are hoping to get on a schedule for my parents. Thanks Time Maid!

We had a few issues with the quality of cleaning we were being provided, but after speaking with customer care, they took great care of us within 24 hours! We received immediate help and had the manager and cleaner come through to asses the issues and clean the problem areas. He followed up with us in person the following day and they have been so wonderful!

Andrea from Time Maid Cleaning was on time, did a quick walk through the house with me, we discussed what I was hoping to accomplish and she went right to work. She was very friendly and efficient. She vacuumed, mopped and dusted the entire house as I requested. I am very pleased with her work.

Monica and Gloria did an excellent job.They even folded the towel in the bathroom like what you find on a cruise!

I was impressed by their attention to detail and the quality of their service. Additionally, communication was quick and efficient, making the entire process even smoother. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality cleaning.

They did a good job in cleaning. Everything was cleaned well. My only issue was that there was a lot of”they don’t do” don’t move the couches and sweep behind them, don’t empty fridge to clean it, don’t move anything breakable to dust under it. So I wish I would have really realized the extent of those policies before I planned this. They did do a good job though for the things they could do. That in addition to the cost was the reason for just 4 stars.

Elizabeth, Gloria and Monica are the best, most polite and friendliest providers that help us. Their skills exceed expectations. My wife and I enjoy them personally and enjoy their work. We are so satisfied with Time Maid. We’ve been using them for about 3 years. Betty and Monica are prompt, courteous and capable. This is not the least expensive cleaning service, but they reportedly offer a decent wage, sick leave and vacation to their employees. We also appreciate the good communication and responsiveness of the office staff if we need to make any changes, and they are great at keeping us posted of anything unexpected comes up on their end. Highly recommend.

Jeanne and Gloria tackled two areas of the house that had been neglected for a long time. Both areas look great now! Oven is almost like new and the shower is very clean. These areas took extra time, so the owner called in extra cleaners to help finish on time and not have to come back another day. We will definitely call Time Maid again in the future when needed.
