Ashley and Penny are a great team, each of them begins on opposite ends of the home and meet in the middle, cleaning, dusting and vacuuming along the way. My home smells clean and receives many complements from my neighbors. I would recommend any of the people the TimeMaids offer as they are all incredible workers; but Ashley and Penny have been true professionals and do a great job. I have been with TimeMaids now for 2 years and the only thing I would change is to a once a week cleaning because I love the way my house looks, feels and smells when it’s all clean. From the very first request for a quote, May was "on it" and so professional! Because I was getting cleaning done for dear friends who bought their condo before Covid and had not been able to visit Tucson to stay in it, there were some logistical challenges with timing and access. She worked with me to stay within my budget and iron out everything so Virginia and Samantha could sweep in and do their magic! I so very much appreciated the customer service and they did an outstanding job! Thank you everyone!

Cassie and Tammie did an amazing job doing a deep clean, which was our first since moving into this house. It's an old house that was sold as-is so required some extra attention but Cassie particularly made sure to go above and beyond, getting into nooks and crannies that I wouldn't have even noticed! They did an excellent job and handled having to move around our curious old pup really well. There was a broken ceiling lamp involved but I wouldn't lay a lot of blame on them as the lamp itself seemed poorly designed, though I can't confirm or deny as I hadn't handled it myself since moving in (it came with the house.) Either way we were happy with the service and are already planning when to schedule the next cleaning.

Great price , they fit me in ASAP and my house is now looking great for a move out. The maids were respectful and nice.

I called Time-Maid Cleaning and got an immediate response. They were fully booked through the month, but luckily for me had a cancellation and was able to fit me in. My son had been sick, so I wanted to have his apartment cleaned to give him a fresh start. He said the cleaners did an amazing job and was thrilled to have such a clean apartment. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use their service again.

I called Time - Maid prior to having surgery to ask about weekly house cleanings while I rehabbed from surgery. May, who took my call, was excellent at handling my request and working me into the schedule. Penny and Ashley showed up and got my house into excellent shape. They have been back weekly since then and continue to do an excellent job thoroughly cleaning every surface. They are friendly, professionally, and work diligently until everything gleams. I can’t recommend them and Time - Maid highly enough.

Highly, highly recommend this great, customer service oriented, cleaning service! I had a booking with another cleaning company that never showed and I called Time-Maid cleaning in desperation trying to find someone to fill the spot. They went ABOVE and BEYOND! The receptionist was so sweet and did everything she could to schedule me as soon and they could and then even called me back when they had an opening for earlier (ended up being the very next day). The ladies who cleaned were on time and did an amazing job! The house is sparkling and smells so clean. Will definitely be using them again & again.

Time-Maid has come through for me twice so far. They call immediately after I fill out the easy form online. I love that my clients can see how much the cleaning will be and that we can add on extras like cleaning the fridge or ceiling fans. They are professional and a joy to work worth. They will be getting all of my move in and move out cleanings for sure!

Crystal and Cassie were a great team and our house is so clean! Was very impressed with the kitchen and the attention to details, taking care of each of the items we’d discussed in the walkthrough. Had planned on a one time cleaning but now will be seeing the team monthly - just hope we get Crystal and Cassie again!
