Would definitely recommend and use again! Got behind schedule on cleaning our home with our busy work and school schedules and have family and friends coming into town so we had Valerie and Sam come out and they did a phenomenal job!!!! Very efficient, showed up on time which is a huge factor for me with our busy lifestyles, went above and beyond on their work, and were very thorough! Great customer service! Will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them if you are looking for cleaners!

Highly recommend this business! Anna the front office receptionist is so friendly. They are very up front when it comes to pricing and quotes, they accept cash/check. But if you want to use a credit card you would just call them and provide over the phone. My house was spotless. I am very impressed as to how they wiped down all the blinds, made the bed, cleaned the toilets, bathtubs, vacuumed and cleaned my kitchen! This was done in about 3 hours!. They even got the baseboards and all the nooks and crannies of my house. No wonder the price difference! Great job team~

It is so encouraging to have found a company who are so friendly and warm as they go about making our house look its best (AND work around my dogs!!). Service is consistently thorough and workers faithfully arrive for each regular appointment often even early!! They provide top notch care and are honest in business. The staff was friendly. I was informed there had been scheduling conflicts, so the cleaners arrived late and only 2 of 4 promised initially arrived and once all 4 cleaners came, we did not have 4 cleaners stay for the duration. Office called and asked if the cleaners could leave and return the following day which was not possible. Due to the late start and not having 4 cleaners for the duration of the cleaning, they were not done until late into the evening. Once they had finished and left the premises, I found areas/items that did not get cleaned. They did not completely lower my blinds to clean the entire blind, so the top half is dust free, but the bottom half is not for example. I was not informed the blinds needed to be fully lowered for cleaning. If I had known, I would have done so, especially since I confirmed that the blinds were included in the price when scheduling. They did a great job cleaning my house. We just got our roof repaired and some stucco was on my window, Jay did a great job removing all of it and put in extra effort cleaning my windows, really appreciate that!

I had just moved into my new house, and no cleaning was done. So when I moved in, along with all of my household goods, everything was dusty/dirty. Also, given my location, there is hard water and it made its presence felt in my toilets and in the shower. It was not possible to clearly see through the glass. Time-Maid Cleaning (TMC) fixed all that. They were a team of 3 young ladies, got to my place first thing in the morning, cleaned like crazy, and about 2 hours later, my house was spotless! There was no way I could've done what they did, especially with my back issues.
If you didn't know, TMC is veteran owned/operated. As a veteran myself, this meant a lot to me. So while it was a no-brainer to go with TMC, they exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them again, and recommend to everyone!

I was lucky enough to have the fantastic team of Cassie, Christina, Sabrina, Yilada and Gloria clean my home. They were so quick, thorough and super sweet. I’m tempted to stay in a hotel so I don’t get it dirty again BUT that just gives me an excuse to invite them back, which I will. Thank you!!!

Penny and Ashley have been cleaning my house for the past couple of months and they are absolute angels! My house has never been so clean. I feel such a relief after they have been here. They are also super caring and understanding of my senior dogs accidents and have help me keep everything clean and sanitary.

They did a great job with contracting out my windows that I needed cleaned because we were ready to list our home for sale. He went above and beyond to make sure they looked great for photos! I had wrought iron on the windows too!!

We have been with Time Maid for about 8 months, and have them clean our home every other week. Their team members communicate well, arrive promptly, are thorough, and strive to ensure we are happy with every cleaning. I am probably forgetting a few names, but we have been delighted with their team members including Cassie, Raven, Ashley, Sam, Virginia, and Tammy. May and Misa are also very responsive and organized, and care about their clients. At our initial cleaning we were thrilled that they were able to completely clean the deposits/stains from the shower basin in our master bath that we thought was a lost cause! Our regular cleanings every other week leave our house looking, feeling, and smelling clean and fresh. Overall we have been very happy with the service.

My house has never been this clean before. Virginia, Kacey, and Raven came out on a short notice to help us clean the house. They deep clean the whole house, base board, windows, dusting all the shelves in the kitchen… they worked efficiently and moved through the whole house in details. The team that worked for me are timely, organized, fun and very professional. They do a wonderful job. My music equipment is safe and the house looks great when finished. They are easy to work with and willing to help out above and beyond.

You can't help it if you've used one of these services and you just didn't get what you wanted. But, if you use this service prepare to be amazed. Penny, Ashley and Virginia were right on time and after a quick tour of the house they went right to work. And boy did they work. There was no chatting or horsing around. They knew what to do and they performed unbelievably. I could not believe how through they were. The entire house was cleaned top to bottom like never before. I mean they didn't miss a thing. When they finished, all I could say was wow! I absolutely recommend that you use this company if you want things done right.
