Very rarely am I as impressed with a service as I am with Time-Maid. I am new to Tucson and Time-Maid is the second cleaning service that I have used while here. I used their competitor, Merry Maid, when moving in and they don't even come close to the quality or service that Time-Maid offers.
From start to finish, the transactions with Sam were amazing (setting up the service), the interactions with the cleaners themselves were pleasant. They looked like they were happy with their job, and the results of the clean were amazing. They were thorough, and everything looked so beautiful. I booked recurring services with them immediately and I will have a long relationship with this company. I expect nothing less from a woman-owned veteran business. Incredible!!

Katlyn and Elizabeth were very professional and did a great job. The house smelled so clean but not like chemicals at all. They did little touches that I have not had a cleaner do in some time. I had a very bad experience with cleaners in the past and I will welcome a relationship with this company. Hope they send Katlyn and Elizabeth back next time!!

The team of Penny and Carmen was assigned to do a deep clean of our house on Monday, Jan 30, 2023. Their work was exceptional. They were on time, cheerful, and worked diligently for 5 1/2 hours. The appliances (fridge/freezer/oven) and bathrooms gleamed as if they were brand new. Every baseboard was meticulously washed. Our house shone for professional realtor photographs. Kudos also to Jay G who washed the interior and exterior of our windows and sliding glass doors. He not only cleaned the panes, but also all the screens and door tracks. He, too, was cordial and hard working. Would welcome any of these three individuals back.

Time maid came out and did a clean for us for the second time - and I honestly don’t know when I’ll stop being absolutely stunned at the job they do! The house is so clean, it feels like every surface is sparkling. I can’t find an area in the home that doesn’t look 100 times better than before they arrived. An incredible attention to detail and very clear pride in their work. Even the blankets on the couch have been nicely displayed and the dog toys organized for future play! Fantastic service that I cannot say enough good things about! Valerie and Sam left my home feeling good to be in again - thank you!!

Wonderful attention to detail, love having my everyday appliances deep cleaned. This is definitely something you should consider with a busy lifestyle, animals or if you have company over often. They even offer military discount which was a special surprise. Follow up is great and I will be using them again.

I am so happy with their services! The 2-person crew arrived on time, introduced themselves, asked about my needs and areas of focus, and requested a tour of the house to make sure everything was done to my liking. They scrubbed EVERYTHING!! I got the interior of the oven cleaned as an add-on, and boy was that worth it! Dog hair? No problem! They vacuumed every corner and got rid of the pesky pet hair I had been trying to pick up with my home vacuum for months.

Great service, on time and quality results

I have been using Time Maid Cleaning for a few months now to do cleaning and management of my Airbnb. They do an amazing job - not only with cleaning but they are also super easy to work with. They are great at communicating and have amazing customer service. Everyone I have talked with and worked with has been super nice, competent and dedicated. I have worked with other cleaning companies and this one blows them all out of the water. Best part is that they are always on time - don't need to worry if or when they are going to show up. And all our guests so far have commented on how clean the home is. 100% recommend them!

Always a joy coming home to my house after TimeMaid has a visit! They are professional and detailed, and the scheduling staff is extremely responsive and kind. They ask if you have any specific requests ahead of time, which helps avoid the return visits for anything missed, as some of my clients have experienced with other companies. I love that they are veteran-owned and I highly recommend them!
