Had an indoor air quality issue. They were prompt to respond and come out. On the day of the service, the crew was professional, kept things clean, and worked efficiently. The crew leader debriefed me at the end of the service. The office followed up the next day to check on our happiness with the service.

We hired TIES to clean our ducts and check for leaks. The 2 technicians we had were Julien and DeShaun and they were excellent! Both were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. It was a big job and once they found leaks they stayed late to fix them with Aeroseal rather than come back a third day, which we really appreciated. I swear they never stopped moving! At the end of each day they cleaned everything up so well-it was as if they were never here. The best part is that TIES service worked and now we can feel the A/C working in two rooms that had always been so hot! I highly recommend hiring TIES 360!

We hired TIES360 to fix the air return supply on our new HVAC system. They added another return inside and fixed the supply issue. They always answer their phone and reply promptly to questions. In June 2022, used this firm to clean and repair all ductwork in my condominium. Found the technician, Ryan, and the firm to be extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable , and fair in their pricing. They did a great job for me and one year later an air scrubber by aerus that they had installed stopped working. The firm came out, within 48 hours at no charge and installed a brand new unit. I received a quote to have our ducts cleaned by another company before I found T.I.E.S. The other company quoted after 15 minutes at the property. The representative from T.I.E.S, spent about an hour and figured out a way to mitigate why we were receiving so much sentiment into our ducts and unit. The quote was on par with what the other company proposed, but the original company didn’t figure out the root cause. Many thanks to this team. They did a phenomenal job, and we appreciated the extra effort to ensure that this isn’t a recurring issue.

Breathing clean air is very important to us. We purchased a new family homestead approximately 3 years ago, & we could not stop sneezing after settling in. We just opened the doors to "air out the house" which is unrealistic for both the electric bill & heat. It doesn't do any good either. T.I.E.S 360 was actually recommended to us by one of the best AC companies in Sarasota County. I called and they sent out a tech to perform the inspection for the cleaning our air handlers all of our duct work. After going over an excellent technical review of the current status of our home system and answering questions, Ryan recommended a plan. I received a detailed estimate later that day. After approving the work, they scheduled the work within a week. Rather unheard of these days after Hurricane Ian. There were three team members who performed the job. They had an air scrubber going all day, covered all the areas in all the rooms with plastic before starting the work. Meticulous would be the description of all the work that was done.
