WOW! Where do I start. I really want to thank Shiva at Tier One Credit for helping me out and fixing my credit. When I spoke to him I was not in the strongest credit scores and could never get to the 700 score even with the experience I have had with credit. As a real estate investor your FICO score determines what rate or loan you can get and I always had to pay higher rates. I had a tricky case. They ended up not taking it. They gave me free advice for 35 minutes about what was tricky. Note it was clear from minute one I was offering money. Turning the money down because they thought they couldn't win shows genuine integrity. I can confirm that the intro call will be informative. You will be getting their honest opinion even when that honest opinion isn't in their best interests.

Let us be realistic that we are all different and our cases are different as well but have some patience and a little persistence can be rewarding. My case may have taking longer than expected probably due to the pandemic or the collection situation.
