The Tidy Upped team was very professional and my floors were really shiny after they left. I‘m pleased that they were able to get rid of all the dog hair. Worth every penny. They had a team lead assigned to ensure everything with the cleaning went well, and she communicated with me articulately. I felt reassured and I didn’t have to constantly check on the cleaners. UPDATE: They've since reached out and discussed correcting the specific issue I had with my last service. The service team today was professional, courteous and did a solid job on the rooms that were requested to be cleaned. I appreciate the attention and care that their management team places on 1-on-1 customer relationships. I will be using them again.

Not a good experience. My refrigerator was not cleaned on top after I moved everything off of it. My TV and TV stand was not dusted in my living room. My dtr had to do that before she went home. My ceiling fans were not cleaned. My blinds were not touched. I could go on and on!! I was really disappointed. Read more >

Zero stars. I had scheduled a deep clean/move out cleaning a couple months back, spoke to the representative, Ali, about what I needed done and also scheduled on a specific day and time. Week from the scheduled cleaning, I would get notifications via email that the cleaning is still on and the day before, as well. However, on the day of the scheduled service, Ali would call me to let me know the cleaners would be there, then state they're delayed, then finally telling me the cleaners wouldn't be able to come at all. Reason: the first job turned out to be too much for the cleaners and thus they had to stay behind to finish the job. It was around 4pm when Ali called that they wouldn't be showing up, but he was trying to find ways to figure something out but ultimately, the cleaning was cancelled.

The job was not finished. I was quoted by email Move In or Move out Top to bottom Deluxe cleaning. The refrigerator and the ovens were not included! You would have thought those to items would be first on the list. When asked if they would clean the refrigerator as they were finishing up, I was advised "We won't be able to add the refrigerator at this time". In addition what was quoted on the email quote was not accurate and the company wanted to charge 3 additional fees due to a "misunderstanding"
