I'm absolutely thrilled with the service I just received from Tidy Upped. My family had a last minute move from South Texas to Plano due to a work relocation order. As you can imagine, moving a whole family last minute was stressful enough but we also only saw our rental unit in person a week prior to the move. To our dismay the unit, while nicely laid out was completely unsanitary/ dirty. Add in our move taking place right after 4th of July and I was unsure we could get it cleaned in time for our arrival. The owner Ali was professional and nice and very attentive to cleanliness detail.He really made sure everything was covered on the cleaning that was agreed upon. And the cleaning crew as well are very professional. My daughter's tub and bathroom sink used to have lots of gunk and the lady made it looks so much better. Her room also looks and smells clean!
