Jessica and Autumn were absolutely amazing. The level of professionalism and respect they had when they entered my home. I wasn’t feeling well and had 2 of my children at home with me. They worked around them and even interacted with them. Before they started they made sure to ask if I need anything in particular cleaned. After cleaning they asked me to do a walk through and to see if everything was up to my standards (which they were). They did an amazing job. My home smells and looks amazing. My husband was so impressed as well. And customer service is amazing as well over the phone with the gentleman who set up my service. This is a family owned business and I love that they really go out of their way to make their customers happy. We had not had a cleaning before. They were a great experience. Even the little details. For example, they thoroughly cleaned the outside of the fridge, then put my magnets back on in color coded ordered. 😂 They folded blankets and stacked them in descending size. I hired Tidy Upped for cleaning during my move-out. They were very responsive and promptly responded to all of my inquiries. As soon as I contacted them, they sent me a quote with a detailed list of all the services included. There were minor issues related to the scheduling, but they owned-up to it and found a way to still make me a happy customer. It is very customer-oriented business.
