Thriven Functional Medicine

When I first started experiencing health problems over a year ago I knew that I did not want to go to a conventional doctor and get medication that would have side effects. So I tried different things with my diet hoping it would help. I didn't get anywhere. Finally I reached a very low point and reached out to Thriven. They did testing and figured out exactly what I was dealing with getting me on a plan that was specific to my health concerns. Now having been through the program I have the tools and resources I need to continue my health journey as a lifestyle I will always be living. I never want to go back to the place I was in and that's the motivation I need to make better choices every day. When I first started I was really concerned about the cost and felt guilty spending the money but now looking back I know that if I hadn't of spent the money I would be in a far worse place as my health would have just gotten worse over time.
