The absolute example of professionalism!! From speaking with Karen, to meeting Mark for the quote, to the work that Mark and his team did, everything was top notch quality and the floors look amazing! We had them strip and seal 18 year old flagstone floors that had not seen much attention since they were installed. The difference is stunning and I am sure they look better than they ever have in the past!! Great job Thompson's Steam Way!!

I wish we could give more than 5 stars. Karen was on point from beginning to end with setting up appointment to following up with our satisfaction. Mark and his team were on time, polite, kind and conscientious. They cleaned, polished and sealed our kitchen, laundry room, bathroom travertine floors and they look fabulous! I was a little hesitant with natural stone floors but after talking with Mark and seeing how beautiful they now are......call them today! You will not be disappointed. Thrilled that this is a family owned business who care so much for our community.

I have used Thompson's twice now and they did a great job both times! I doubted that anyone could clean up the mess my sick dog made during our stay in a rental house. I thought for sure that we would have to replace the carpeting. That would have been thousands of dollars. Thompson's to the rescue. Not only did we NOT have to replace the carpeting, but we were NOT charged a dime for anything regarding the carpeting. The carpeting was pristine clean! Thank you, Thompson's!!!

We have multiple, mis-behaving animals, and thus need cleaning frequently. Our carpeting isn't expensive, but the guys do such a great job, it's held up for over ten years. They are prompt, reasonably priced, and we couldn't be happier - they also clean our vinyl periodically, it just shines afterwards. Kathy & Max
