Yesterday Mark, the owner, came and cleaned my carpet and he did a stellar job! He was professional, considerate, and did a thorough job from beginning to end. I would highly recommend the company to my relatives and friends.

Thompson Steamway always does an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We have two Labradors, who shed constantly and coincidentally, smell like dogs. We typically get the carpets cleaned twice a year before family visits, and it's like they're brand new! Mark and/or sons always arrive on time, work quickly and efficiently, are extremely professional and friendly, and the outcome is beautiful! The dog smell is gone, at least long enough for our family to come and go, and the carpets look great for months. We highly recommend Thompson Steamway!

We purchased a home with several wool rugs..had Thompson's Steam do the job for us. They showed up when scheduled, on time with a smile. We then had them come back to do our flagstone floor, Clean and Seal as well as our tile flooring. These young men, Nelson and Keegan were just the best. SUPER professional and worked tirelessly to complete the job. I wish I could give this company 10 stars, they were outstanding :)

I chose Thompson's on a gut feel after reading reviews. We just closed on a house and we're appalled at the conditions after the owner had moved out. Mark told us he could clean the tile & grouting which would make a Big difference so we handed him the keys and said Do It! When we came back a week later, it had made a difference but it was in such poor original shape I felt it needed a little more attention. When Karen called I relayed my concerns and she said, "no problem" and sent Mark out. He walked through the house with me and then told me since I was going to massively paint that he would suggest coming back after painting. We agreed and he showed up with his wonderful crew and they worked a small miracle with the 8 yr old tiles & grouting. While I did not buy a refurb, this is going to be an ongoing project and I am so grateful I can wait to replace flooring...

The Thompson Family have been taking care of our Carpet and Rug cleaning needs for about the last 10 years now. They also were able to clean and seal my Workshop concrete floor as well. They have always been Courteous, Efficient and Effective, leaving my home looking and feeling brighter and cleaner.

I have used Thompson's Steamway for the past 11 years for carpet cleaning, rug cleaning and grout cleaning. The young men were courteous, friendly and very professional. If I needed a piece of furniture moved to clean a certain area, they were extremely accommodating. Karen, the office person, is very friendly, accommodates my schedule, and understands the concerns I have had in the past about certain areas to clean. I will never use another company for my carpet and grout cleaning needs. You MUST try this company. The work is guaranteed, although I have never had to call them back because they did it right the first time.

We have had the wonderful services of Thompson's Steamway for many years. Our carpet has always been treated and cleaned very carefully and thoroughly, always drying to the appearance of a new carpet. We have been very very pleased with their service and will continue to have them return every year for their expertise and friendliness.
