We’ve been using Thompson’s since we moved to Prescott 8 years ago and other family members have used their services even longer. Mark Thompson, his sister and sons are a great team! They are friendly, professional, dependable, very reasonably priced and do an excellent job on carpets and tile! They just cleaned our carpets and I didn’t realize how dirty they were until Thompson’s finished the job. What a beautiful surprise! We highly recommend Thompson’s!!!

In the case of Thompson Steam Way, it started as a phone conversation with Karen in the office. She should have the title of “Director of First Impressions”. What a great attitude she displays over the phone. From that point forward it only got better. We scheduled a time for Mark to come to the Condo and give us a quote based on the actual square feet of the carpet to be cleaned. While he was in our home he made several great suggests which we followed. The work was scheduled for a time that was best for our convenience. They arrived on time and had the cleaning completed as promised. Mark and his assistant were extremely conscientious and
hard working. They were a delight to have in our home. We are proud to say we a customer of Thompson Steam Way.

Great cleaning done by Thompson’s steam way!

We picked Thompson's because other vendors would only give a price based on the number of rooms rather than square feet. This is very difficult with an open floor plan. Additionally the other vendor relied on your counting of rooms sight unseen. This could only lead to problems with the final price not being what was expected. Thompson's was very cooperative to a schedule change, arrived right on time, moved all furniture, protected cabinets and moldings, and wasted no time. Great job overall.

Very efficient service. Cleaning of carpets and area rugs done thoroughly. Very respectful staff. They are also willing to oblige for repeat cleaning areas of high traffic areas . Very knowledgeable in carpet fibers, etc.

Nelson and Keegan did an outstanding job with the carpet cleaning. It came out spotless and very clean thanks to their expertise and the efficient "state of the art" machine. Thanks to all the staff at Thompson's Steam Way that make this happen.
