Thomas Wildlife Control

We had a very good experience with Brandon today when he came to look at our Attic and check for rats/wildlife infestation. He checked our attic area, the roof and all outside area of possible access. Took many photos of those areas and wrote up his report. He came inside and showed us on his computer the evidence of active rat activity. He went over the things he suggested we could do and gave us a cost/price. As we were just about finished we inquired about getting rid of all the feces and mess the rats had made in our attic and he told us it would require removing all the insulation, cleaning the entire attic, sealing and building boxes around the can lights and vents and then installing new insulation. It meant he had to take more time to write up a new contract to include the additional items plus adding facia and painting the facia etc. He was very patient in answering our questions and showing us photos. We spent four hours with him and were quite happy with his help and non rushed manner. Now we will look forward to getting this Rat infestation and clean attic and new insulation started and ready for us this Fall. If the crew that comes to do the work is as good as Brandon we will be so very grateful.
