Thomas Wildlife Control did exactly what we hired them to do: they trapped rats in our attic and under our house and made sure all the possible entry points into our house were sealed up so well that not even a rat can get through. They installed new screens where our old house was worn out. They have a clear process that requires several steps and is very thorough; at each stage, the guys were friendly and approachable and happy to answer all questions and discuss all options, and the explanations they provided were clear. They told us what we could expect, and their predictions were correct—for example, there was indeed one leftover rat, which was away when they sealed up the holes, that came back and scratched at the screen under the house trying to get in. It finally gave up, and our house is finally quiet—no soft scratching sounds in the attic or under the house. Thomas Wildlife Control earned a 5-star rating for sure.
