Thomas Wildlife Control

Thomas Wildlife Control was called to assess our problems with squirrels in our attic. I had read previous reviews prior to calling them and knew that they were not the cheapest of their competition but I was struck by their testimonials and successes. They were responsive when I called and a technician was here the at the appointed time. He performed a complete check of our house (exterior) as well as our attic area where he spotted various placed the critters were getting in. He prepared an estimate on the spot and he was hired and began his work the same day. We had no less than six (6) entry points thanks to shoddy construction practices. Very pleased with the work that Thomas Wildlife did. Inspected the roof. Took pictures of the areas where the rats and squirrels had gotten in and then showed us pics of the damage And Then we discussed plans on what we could do. Then gave me a detailed estimate of the work and worked hard and got the job done in 3 days.. also lent us a squirrel trap to catch the squirrels that were still trying to get in.. very professional and very personably and extremely knowledgeable. We were referred by Salvador of Barrier Pest Solutions since these 2 companies work together before. Brandon sent his crew to our house within 2 days after he called us. It took him a total of 4 visits to finish up the repair and force the squirrel(s) out of our attic. Brandon put 2 traps at the attic during his 3rd visit. During his last visit, he confirmed that there are no more rodents in our attic. He then sealed the 1-way exit opening set up on the 2nd floor eaves of our house.

I have used Thomas Widlife Control twice in the past 5 years for different issues and both times Brandon has fixed our problems quickly. The first time we had birds perching above our front door and he installed a strong wire netting that did the job and the birds couldn't return so our front porch is much cleaner now! The second issue was a woodpecker on the back of our home. I knew he was causing damage but Brandon was thorough and he found damage in several places we were unaware of because it was so high on our second story that I'm glad Brandon has a high ladder and he took pictures and explained how he was going to fix the damage and then prevent the bird from continuing to peck on our home. I will say the prices feel high but he gets the job done quickly and effectively and we've been very pleased with his work and knowledge. I would definitely recommend Thomas Wildlife Control... When I found out that I had skunks living under my modular home, I freaked out. Through a recommendation from my pest control company, I contacted Brandon at Thomas Wildlife. He went out of his way to set a trap on that very day in the pouring rain and wind. They are responsive. They solve the problem by finding where the rats come into the house. They block the entrance. They then lay traps to catch a rat if there might be one still in the house after its entrance has been blocked. They solved the attic problem 2 years ago and the basement was solved last week. . I used them years ago and they were able to completely seal my house from rat invaders. But....rats are very smart and created a new way to get in to my attic. Thomas Wildlife again to the rescue!
