Thomas Wildlife Control provides an excellent service. Not only are they trapping the rodents in our home, they sealed off all areas to prevent any others from getting in. They initially came out and did a thorough inspection of our home and then provided us with photographs and a list of all the areas the rodents could enter along with pricing to fix everything. We then scheduled an appointment for them to come back out and make the repairs. The entire team that came out were all professional, friendly and thorough. They provided us with photos of all of the repairs. They set traps and will come back 3 times to see if they caught any of the rodents. So far they have gotten one mouse and a large rat. If you have rodents, consider Thomas Wildlife Control instead of a traditional pest control service. Stop the rodents from getting into your house in the first place!

I have a huge house and I’ve had pest issues and roof issues over the last 10 years and they have done a fabulous job of fixing the problems. The entire crew is knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and they always go the extra mile to take care of business. They do what they say they’re gonna do and they do it when they say they’re gonna do it, always reliable.

Thomas Wildlife Control did exactly what we hired them to do: they trapped rats in our attic and under our house and made sure all the possible entry points into our house were sealed up so well that not even a rat can get through. They installed new screens where our old house was worn out. They have a clear process that requires several steps and is very thorough; at each stage, the guys were friendly and approachable and happy to answer all questions and discuss all options, and the explanations they provided were clear. They told us what we could expect, and their predictions were correct—for example, there was indeed one leftover rat, which was away when they sealed up the holes, that came back and scratched at the screen under the house trying to get in. Thomas was referred by my pest control company. Thomas was able, which really impressed me, to get the same roofing shingles that were on the room. Not an easy feat and most appreciated.

The workers did work that is essentially invisible. I thought this was amazing. An excellent crew and an excellent job. I paid their initial bill quickly. I did not receive any further bills, their error, and two years later they corrected their oversight. In this intervening time, I have had the opportunity to find out that their work has stood the test of time, still looks "invisible", and the "critter" remains long gone. All in all, an excellent job.

Thomas Wildlife Control did a fabulous job on the roof at Trinity Episcopal Church, Folsom. Shingles that had blown off were replaced within 24 hours and a broken skylight was efficiently replaced. Loose shingles that flapped in the wind were re-adhered to the roof effectively. Everyone was courteous, efficient and thoughtful. Thank you Thomas Wildlife Control!

We had animals in the attic and thanks to Thomas Wildlife Control they identified over a dozen possible animal access points. And they repaired all of them. Our attic is quiet once again.

Brandon & Co. (Thomas Wildlife & Roofing) did work for us in 2023 due to rats in our attic in Folsom. When I had a new issue recently in 2025, I reached out to him immediately. Brandon and his team are confident, experienced, diligent, patient and detail-oriented folks, who take their job seriously and back their quality work with a 2-yr warranty. Above all, Brandon is a family man and a special character - a compassionate gentleman, who understands that ultimately his customers are human beings. Brandon & his team re-inspected my roof for entry points, made repairs, set traps, and even pointed out cracks/gaps my chimney-flap and AC line and sealed them - all without any extra charge. Always great service and very fair pricing. I have used them for a nasty rat problem (existing to my house when I moved in) and cement tile roof repair. Rats are all over my neighborhood but since I had Thomas Wildlife do an exclusion and followed their recommendations of removing branches near the roof line I have been rodent free for 8 years. I regularly see rats on the fence line so they are still abundant, but my home hasn’t been entered again.

I recently had them come back to replace some broken roof tiles and they performed the work quickly. In my experience they are always transparent and fair which is invaluable so I will continue to use them and refer them to friends and family.
