Great product, fantastic quality I’m finally sleeping through the night and waking up less stiff and achy! This topper lives up to everything they advertise. We live in the desert and it indeed is cool to sleep on which surprised my husband ;) it’s also very comfy just love it. The only knock isn’t with the product it’s that we had to pull info from Don as to when we would receive our topper. We had to ask why it hadn’t shipped, he then said their fabric was delayed. We asked a week later then he told us they hadn’t received the fabric. Then a week later we asked if it had shipped and as soon as I hit send on the email UPS was in our driveway. Would have been better if they were more proactive on the customer support. Don’t get me wrong they seem like fantastic people with a great product, just trying to help them be as perfect as their toppers!

We have worked on our supply of fabric and have shaved off a number of weeks for delivery. We've done this by making our fabric supply much more reliable. Supply chains are a little slow and much slower for all organic materials because they are not stocked well. I will also inform customers...
