The company was able to refill and replace the covers of my wool mattresses that I had bought from the company that the store was in its first incarnation. Reasonable for the amount of work and wool involved. Now I can sleep with no pressure points once again. I also bought a new pillow that comes with an organic cotton pillow case and is supporting and soft at the same time. Thank you.
