The windows were beyond what we expected in quality and the installation crew were superb in removing the old windows, covering things inside, cleaning up inside and outside. And I was especially impressed with the crew who did the caulking. I've seen some bad caulking on window jobs, but they did excellent work. The team did an amazing job. They were punctual, courteous, explained everything that was happening, had someone onsite cleaning throughout and did a complete walk through at the end to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job. They even offered to dispose of my old window coverings for me. I can say enough about Window Source. Preston, the salesman, was great and Chris was amazing at keeping me abreast of window production, arrival of windows and setting an appropriate time for installation that worked with my busy schedule. We love our windows. Had 5 or 6 bids but their price was fair and the quality of the windows I felt were better than others I saw. The installation was flawless from covering furniture to cleaning up. Each team did their part including a nice crew who did beautiful caulking!
