I tend to always stop in at a similar time and usually have the same person assisting me. Majd is always extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and super helpful. And I’ve seen him be the same
with every other customer who walks through the door. Even if it’s 2 minutes before closing. He always helps with what’s needed in a kind manner.

I had a great experience at the Palencia UPS store. I was mailing a gift to my niece in TX. They were very helpful, professional and answered all my questions!
