Magd was absolutely amazing. Great customer service and he took the time to safely package my items and walked me through the process to ensure my items we properly secured. I tend to always stop in at a similar time and usually have the same person assisting me. Majd is always extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and super helpful. And I’ve seen him be the same
with every other customer who walks through the door. Even if it’s 2 minutes before closing. He always helps with what’s needed in a kind manner.

I had a great experience at the Palencia UPS store. I was mailing a gift to my niece in TX. They were very helpful, professional and answered all my questions! It was so much more convenient than driving all the way downtown to the post office! I look forward to continuing to mail packages at the Palencia location!

You will be pleased with this store. Shipping prices are high, in my opinion, but that's a UPS thing. UPS stores will take your regular USPS mail and even stamp it but there is a significant fee tacked on. This store is pretty busy and there is frequently a wait. The guys who work there are always helpful, patient and nice. You can also get a passport photo taken and there are some packaging boxes and envelopes for fale.
