Palencia UPS store was very helpful with my last minute Christmas packages. Especially asking if I wanted them there by the 25th. Was sweet to think that was a realistic option.

Most were delivered on or a day before promised dates.

First off the whole staff here is awesome, When I First entered the store I was greeted with a smile and the employees asked what they could do for me. I came in to get an item Fragile packed and shipped… I was happy with the way the item was diligently packed. I would definitely recommend this UPS store.
