Windows were clean and service agent was nice. He was accommodating to our boys schedule and offered to do the inside windows first. The next morning, I noticed he missed two windows, but we can get those ourselves. He was a bit late, which wasn’t a big deal. He did the last windows from the inside and it would have been nice for him to offer to take his shoes off. Maybe not a big deal to some, it we always take our shoes off.
