Dr Boelk and his team are life savers. My back started hurting in August 2020 which I think could’ve been from bad posture but driving. I got a MRI and all they could tell me is that I had degenerated disk and to take Tylenol.

I then tried acupuncture (which usually works for me), physical therapy ( which helped get my stronger but I still have pain, and PRP.

I loved to San Diego in July 2021 and found Dr Boelks office. He explained everything to me very clearly and made me comfortable to try something I hadn’t. After the first session I could feel my spine improve! The exercise he gave me also helped built strength while I was using the decompression machines. After about 20 sessions I saw a major change in my day to day. I could finally bend over and pick something up off the floor, sit in my car and get out of bed without pain. I still continue to improve and strengthen my back but after going to Dr. Boelk I was able to get my body back on the right direction.

Definitely recommend anyone who is in pain and wants to go back to their normal way of life!
