The center is clean, relaxing, with friendly and accommodating staff. The treatments are effective and feel very nice. They are expensive though, and aren’t discussed very transparently. Usually in hushed tones, as if not to draw attention to the fact that they aren’t typically covered by insurances. I have the privilege to afford treatment and am grateful to receive them, the cost should be discussed openly and easily so that all patients can make informed decisions.

Dr Boelk and his team are life savers. My back started hurting in August 2020 which I think could’ve been from bad posture but driving. I got a MRI and all they could tell me is that I had degenerated disk and to take Tylenol.

I then tried acupuncture (which usually works for me), physical therapy ( which helped get my stronger but I still have pain, and PRP.

I loved to San Diego in July 2021 and found Dr Boelks office. He explained everything to me very clearly and made me comfortable to try something I hadn’t. After the first session I could feel my spine improve! The exercise he gave me also helped built strength while I was using the decompression machines. After about 20 sessions I saw a major change in my day to day. I could finally bend over and pick something up off the floor, sit in my car and get out of bed without pain. I still continue to improve...

Dr. Boelke is first class. I came to him with lower back pain that from time to time would cause my back to enter into a acute stage where everyday life was a struggle. I have dealt with this for years as it only happened a couple times a year with usually a one week recovery. As the years passed, the recovery time increased. I finally decided I needed more than the normal adjustments and I was recommended to Dr. Boelke. On the first visit, he developed a plan and began treatment right away. His explanations were very common sense oriented and realistic. His plan was consistent and helped shape a better dedication to my core strength. Although I have had setbacks due to my own activities, he has constantly been there to get me back to a healthy state. He has given me the best chance to avoid surgery. Thank you Dr. Boelke for your time, effort and encouragement.

The care I received at Dr. Boelk’s office was so wonderful. I went from having to lay down for several hours a day, to being able to live my life normally, and even began working up my exercise capacity. I always felt cared about, and there was a lot of feedback. The exercise and information Dr. Boelk provides is so critical to maintaining positive results and pain reduction with increased mobility and freedom. All the staff are so caring, and it’s one of the best decisions I made for my back!

Hi I had the pleasure in meeting Dr Cassidy Boelk. I arrive at his facility literally crawling couldn’t walk or sit. The entire staff was so amazing and supported. Neurosurgeon wanted to perform a spinal fusion on my back. Very intense surgery right. Dr Cassidy said don’t do it, glad I listen I was in so much pain that I was going to schedule my surgery just because I wanted the sever pain to go away. He said don’t give this a try and you’ll see. We started the treatment then same day of my consultation. First visit I felt some relieved. The days go on felt much better by the time I was done I was able to walk go to my kids practices and game stuff that i couldn’t do. Anyways i can go in and on . I highly recommend this place. Love it big thanks to Dr Cassidy and team.

Dr. Boelk is so kind and knowledgeable. I became a patient earlier in the year with terrible sciatic pain. He suggested a course of treatment and after several visits the pain began to subside. I finished my treatments and am maintaining well. I see him less frequently now and it’s keeping my pain at bay. I couldn’t praise him enough. If you have neck or back pain call Dr. Boelk, he is amazing!

Dr. Boelk is amazing! He listens to you and when something isn't working he always tries something else to get that pop. He's got great bedside manner too. Give him a shot you won't regret it!

I have been going to to chiropractors since I was 15 and Dr Cassidy is bye far the best chiropractor that I have ever been to. I always leave feeling better and positive to push myself to the next level.

Dr Boelk is thorough, technical, and explains everything very well. Excellent bedside manner and all the staff are very nice. Decompression treatment is effective and I have no more neck pain.

I have been a patient of Dr Boelk at the Spinal Decompression &Chiropractic Center for about 18 months. When I had my initial appointment I had problems with severe pain in my back and hip areas. Having had a previous bad experience in chiropractic care, I was hesitant to even try this again. Dr Boelk reviewed my MRI and told me he was pretty sure he could help me with my pain. This was the best decision I’ve ever made. It took several treatments but I began to feel the results!! I am now in maintenance treatments twice a month and am able to walk long distances again. Please give this Center a try. You just may get your old life back and be able to enjoy favorite activities again.
