The Source H2O

I gave 4 stars because I’ve had some issues with the system and have not been completely satisfied with the system itself. Part of it may be due to our water and the other was maybe some miscommunication between the salesman and myself. That being said, if I could give 10 stars to the staff of Source H2O, I would. They have been wonderful. George installed our system and he is just a great person. Very professional and knowledgeable. But also very down to earth and we really enjoyed having him in our home. Michelle has been my saving grace on learning how to adjust to the system and getting the drywall patched up, etc. There was an issue with our shipment of cleaning products and she took care of that. She has been so very helpful. She has even called me from her personal number on her days off to walk me through some steps on the system settings and answered any questions or concerns I’ve had. And when she didn’t know the answer she found them for me. Aside from that she is just a real sweet lady and I have enjoyed my interactions with her.
As I said, for the money we’ve spent, I had some higher expectations of the purification unit. But the staff has made all the difference. And our water tastes great! 😉
