I cannot say enough about Keller Williams and my awesome agent, Levi Ortmann. I moved to Minneapolis for a new job and had my heart set on owning my own home. I started my search with Remax and had my hopes promptly dashed by an agent that, quite frankly, did not take me very seriously. To be fair, I did need something of a miracle, given my time and budget constraints.
I heard about Levi through some friends of friends who actually used to work with him. I found out that the man truly is a legend in his old line of work. And as it turns out, he is quite the realtor too. Long story short, he worked his magic to get me into exactly what I had envisioned. On time and under budget. Perfect. I thought that the experience was over and that I'd never hear from Levi again. Fortunately, I was wrong.
The Smith Team never forgets a client! A short while after the whole deal was done, we were invited to a fun little party on a river boat with everybody from Keller Williams and their clients! And then a fun charitable event. And then a bunch of other stuff! As it turned out, we were now part of a family. I have felt more welcome with this group of people than any other group that I've joined in a long time. As a generally awkward person, that's saying a lot. I couldn't be more grateful.
Save yourself the hassle and go with Keller Williams. It just took one reassuring phone call. They got me in touch with an awesome lender and everybody else that I needed to make this thing happen. Super smooth process for what everybody else seems to be calling a nightmare. I can't tell my struggling peers enough to just go with these guys.
