The guys who worked on the house deserve 5 stars, however I have to give 4 stars because my appointment time was changed to 4 hours earlier without anyone confirming with me.

I was sent a text the day before stating my original time window (11 a.m. - 1 p.m.), but I was somehow switched to a 7 a.m. - 9 a.m. window.

We had them come out to power wash our house and garage in time for a graduation party. I called and made the appt and explained why and they put me on the "sooner" list in case there was an earlier slot and there was!
It didn't start off good, first they were late and then missed sections of the house. I emailed Janelise and explained what was happening and how upset we were. Janelise emailed back today to say how sorry they were and she was sending another team. Liam came out and got there before our time and did everything we asked to be fixed. My dad was satisfied with the work.

On 5/11/22 Liam and Ethan showed up, on time, friendly smiles and ready to work. First we did a walk around the house & deck which allowed time to point out areas that needed extra attention. Liam took time to explain what their process was for cleaning. I have prized peony bushes in the front & side yard & they helped my husband secure our plastic sheeting over the bushes before they started. These 2 young men worked non-stop from the time they arrived until they completed the job. My husband & I were quite pleased with the finished product
. A few misses but not concerning. I was assured that I could call the office if we notice any problems. Liam & Ethan are great ambassadors for this company. I recommend this company for your house, deck or patio washing. Read more >
