Kelly and team at the platz group were amazing! We would definitely reccomend them and utilize their services again if needed.

Throughout the whole experience of selling and buying a new home Kelly was supportive and had pur best interest in mind. We were able to sell our house for listing price and with in a week. The staging of our house helped and they even cleaned our house.

During the closing of our new house we had a development from the seller which compromised our offer. In the end We were able to buy a better home which was a better fit for us and for 15700 lower than listing price. Through out the whole process Kelly fought for us and kept us informed of our options. Kelly and our mortgage team (Keli carr at absolute mortgage) were able to close our new offer within 2 weeks! This was great considering our other house had sold and we had a seller issue with our first offer.

We are very satisfied going though the platz group and working with Kelly. No matter whatever time we needed him he would answer. Kelly was very informative and let us make the decisions. He was also able to give excellent advice when we needed it. You can definitely tell when you are working with the right people. Thank you! We live our new house!
