The orthodontist was very understanding of my son, who has additional needs, but I felt they needed to be a little more patient with him at times.

This was the first consultation; he has to wait about a year before his teeth are ready to receive treatment, so unable to comment on this, but the next steps were explained clearly.

One of the staff explained proper tooth brushing very clearly, which my son is now doing happily; he enjoyed telling his siblings how to do it.
