Lola and her team were very helpful in determining how to market our home. It is in older home and required a lot more work than we had already done. To complicate things further the property is in a high fire danger zone. Lola gave us some great advice on what to change to make the house more appealing to buyers. She also helped us develop a sound pricing strategy. The house went on the market on Thursday and we were in contract on the following Tuesday. The offer we accepted was well over the asking price.
