I was recommended to call Arash Law after my father suffered a serious work injury that required him to be hospitalized and then moved to an in patient rehabilitation center. After I spoke to them and told them that my father’s workman’s nurse case manager was trying to have me disregard the doctor’s recommendations and take my father home they took over my father’s representation and were able to help my father receive proper treatment for his multiple injuries. Tina and Pedro have been instrumental on ensuring that workers comp doesn’t ignore or minimizing my father’s injuries.
