Kevin A. Moore took my case very seriously from the start. Worker’s Compensation laws had been violated by the company I worked for, and Mr. Moore quickly got to work on my behalf. Initially I was hopeful but this guy is not professional. I travel extensively with my job and when I inquired why I had not heard from him, his response was "why hadn't I heard from you"? This response was clearly to deflect, and mask the fact that there had been no activity on my behalf in the case.
He was rude one other time but I let slide, but his last incident of rude unprofessionalism was disrespectful so I terminated his services...or lack thereof.

I was very skeptical about hiring an attorney. I had received about 25 letters from different attorneys, but Mr. Moore's arrived to me first and stuck out the most.
