Ok so I was just like you; Injured at work, and didn't trust lawyers enough to hire one at first. After having the company doctor laugh in my face and tell me I am making up my back pain, and then having other healthcare professionals say "I hate lawyers, but this is the one time you should hire one", I decided to choose one. I received multiple attorney letters (at least ten) and after reviewing the attorneys, I contacted Mr. Moore. He was very professional yet it seemed like we were good friends for a long time. He had no problem discussing my options and hearing about my case. I had many problems with my back even though the first doctor was a quack and tried to make me feel crazy. Mr. Moore made sure the next doctor ordered an MRI because the insurance company was taking months and dragging their feet with every step. He actually got me sent to a pain management doctor, which I needed for months. I had all of the necessary tests performed and was well taken care of. We eventually reached an end to this ordeal. It took time, but let's just say I highly recommend Kevin A. Moore if you are injured at work.
