My husband and I are not actively looking to buy or sell a home but we have been able to work with The Latitude Group to keep a pulse on the market and our experience has been phenomenal.

In addition to the consultative support they have been providing, they recently developed a marketing toolkit that we filled out a form to receive. It’s includes 3 separate tools: the first one is a monthly report on the value of our home, the second is a monthly report on the selling price of homes in our area, and the third is access to a website that shows up-to-date information on homes for sale.

We really like receiving the home report so we can keep track of the potential equity in our home. We also have liked the market report of homes near us to see how home prices in our area are being affected by the economy. The app is ok since it has real-time information but...

We had a great experience with Judy and Orfeo buying our home. They just sent us a new toolkit that makes it easy to compare our home value with other homes on the market. It's helpful to see the average monthly sale prices that went up in recent months. They are so responsive and helpful. These are the type of people you have a lasting relationship with, even if you are not buying or selling.

Judy went above and beyond as my Realtor when it was time to sell my condo. She really took the time to understand what was important to me, and communicated things immediately and fully.
