The Goddard School, Sparks

Goddard School is amazing! I was referred to this school by quite a few friends. They had mentioned that Goddard doesn’t just watch your kid, they teach them according to their age group. Since we’ve enrolled our daughter, we’ve seen so many changes in motor skills and vocabulary. It’s been really cool to see! I would definitely recommend Goddard to all my friends.

Our son has been at Goddard for 6 months now and we love it. My mama heart broke having to take my 5 month old to daycare, but they made it easy! Everyone there is so friendly and more importantly qualified. The communication is amazing. I never worry about dropping my son off there and he has so much fun! They keep them really engaged with age appropriate activities and teach them so much. We are big fans.

We have had a very positive experience with this school. The teachers and staff are caring, supportive, and professional, and they truly make an effort to create a welcoming environment for the students.
One of the things we appreciate most is the strong focus on student safety and well-being. Knowing that our son is in a safe and caring environment gives us great peace of mind as parents.
We are very happy with the teachers, staff, and overall atmosphere of the school. We would definitely recommend this school to other families!

I love the school and the teachers are absolutely amazing. They take pictures of my children and send them to me every day so I can see all the fun activities they are doing. When I say the teachers and staff treat you like family, that’s not an exaggeration, each of my teachers and the admin treat my children as if they are their own and genuinely care about my kids’ wellbeing.

Our family is brand new to this school. My daughter just started preschool. What pulled me in first was the tour that Chelsea gave us. She was very detailed about everything and made us all feel so welcomed, even before deciding we were going there! Our daughter has never been in daycare, so we were nervous for her to go. But after her first day of school our daughter could not stop talking about it and wants to go to school even on the weekends when the school is closed haha. The way they teach and love for their students makes me wish this preschool was also a K-8 school! They focus on one topic throughout the whole week, and do many different activities/learning activities focusing on that topic throughout the week, which is one of my favorite parts about the school. Hearing about my daughters day at school everyday is my favorite part of my day. Her teacher Ms. Jessie is AMAZING!...

Highly recommend Goddard in Sparks! The gals in administration are top notch & our child’s teacher Ms. Jessie is an absolute sweetheart. We had our tour with Chelsea & she was so kind & attentive. Chelsea really took her time with us & explained everything to us in great detail. Being a first time mom & having our kiddo at home with us 24/7 since she was born it was very important that we felt comfortable when enrolling her in pre-k. Goddard felt very safe/secure & we knew she would be in great hands when we drop her off which helps put us at ease.

My daughter absolutely loves going to the Goddard school. You can tell the teachers and staff really care about all the children that go there. I’m very happy this is the place we chose for our daughter to go to!

My son has gone to Goddard since he was 4 months old, we've had some core memories with the people here! I've laughed, cried and celebrated with the staff and teachers, and Killian has made amazing friends. I've seen Killian learn and be challenged, and have trusted Goddard implicitly with our baby boy!

I was really impressed with the school’s curriculum and the teachers. They were all engaged and the environment was very positive. The office answered all of my questions very thoroughly and promptyly. Also love how they involve the parents in regular school events.

We are so happy to be a part of Goddard! Our daughter enjoys her classroom, and she has built relationships with her teachers and the other children. We feel so grateful to have a place where we feel safe dropping her off, knowing that she will have great days filled with learning and fun!

We absolutely love the Goddard School in Sparks! After trying a couple of other preschools, nothing even comes close. My daughters are learning so much while having fun every single day. From splash days and pizza parties to special visitors like firefighters and police officers, there’s always something exciting happening. Most importantly, every teacher and staff member is incredibly warm, welcoming, and caring. We truly couldn’t ask for a better preschool experience!

The teachers are all kind and caring. They pay close attention to our child’s needs and keep us informed about any changes or concerns, which helps support his growth and development. Whenever we have questions, the school responds promptly and is always willing to help. We are very grateful for the support and care our child receives here. It would be even better if there were a lunch option provided by the school.

We have been part of the Goddard family for seven years between our two boys and love everything about it. From the staff, curriculum, and environment, there isn't anything I would change. I feel welcome when I enter the building and am always in the loop with what's going on in the classroom daily. They hold events for most holidays, but my favorite is their annual holiday performance where the older kiddos sing holiday songs. We are so thankful we found this school so many years ago and would recommend it to everyone.

Very much a family feel walking through the doors. The team at Goddard is professional, accommodating and caring. The curriculum is detailed and incorporates many fun and novel ways to learn. Very clean school. I would recommend any friend’s kid to this school!

The absolute best place I have sent two of my children too. The teachers are amazing, so caring and impressive to our boys. Even years after my oldest exited the school he still gets excited to see his old teachers. The administration staff are excellent in communication and so caring as well. These ladies run a tight ship. There are procedures and protocol for every circumstance and the staff is so well trained, they can follow them to the letter.
The teachers and auxiliary staff are so patient and compassionate. After only a couple months of attending, virtually everyone knew my two kids by name.
It was not easy transitioning my 3 year old to daycare after being home his entire life. The staff at Goddard was not only patient with my son, but supportive of me as well as I worked to make him comfortable.
As a teacher myself, I love the focus on academics, but with an emphasis on play and individual needs.
