There truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are for Goddard WLB. As a mom of a toddler daughter and toddler twin boys, finding a place where all three of my kids feel safe, loved, and excited to go every day is everything and Goddard has exceeded every expectation.

Every single teacher my children have had has been incredible. They are patient, nurturing, attentive, and genuinely invested in the kids. On multiple occasions, I’ve witnessed the TLC they pour into their classrooms. The hugs, the encouragement, the small thoughtful gestures that show they truly see and care about each child.

The leadership is just as impressive. The director Christine is remarkably knowledgeable and clearly has a pulse on everything happening in every classroom. You can tell this isn’t just a job, it’s her passion. The staff retention alone speaks volumes; it’s rare to see such consistency, and it says so much about how well the team is treated and supported.

The owner Jeff is present almost every single day, greeting families and staying connected. That kind of hands-on leadership creates a culture you can feel the moment you walk in.

Leaving your children in someone else’s care is never easy but this is a place where we feel complete peace of mind. Our kids are thriving, loved, and genuinely happy. We couldn’t ask for more.
