The Goddard School of South Tampa

We’ve been incredibly happy with the care our two children have received at The Goddard School of South Tampa. From day one, the staff has gone above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and supported. The teachers are nurturing, professional, and truly invested in each child’s growth and development. We’ve seen such positive changes in both of our kids—academically, socially, and emotionally. The communication is excellent, and the curriculum is engaging and well-rounded. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing they’re in such a safe and loving environment every day. Highly recommend!

Ms. Maya is one of the most caring after school teachers I’ve came across! Her connection & way with children should be studied—she’s amazing, patient, & understanding. Her silly side always keeps learning fun & lighthearted, & her kids love being around her. She creates cheerful, fun, & supportive learning environment every day.

You sure are lucky to have Miss Sophie Melton on your staff! But I’m not surprised, Goddard School is the best! Sophie loves her students so much and I know they love her, too!

My child is in afterschool care. Miss Maya and Miss Jakira are great teachers. They are both very caring and personable. The children are always doing some kind of activity.

Ms. Liliany, Ms. Kira, Ms. Maya and Ms. Maggie are awesome to work with, they show dedication and compassion daily during our interactions!

Ms. Kira is an amazing! Super patient, always helpful, and great with the kids. She brings positive energy to the classroom and really knows how to connect with the students. Any class is lucky to have her! 🫶🏾

Mr. Edgar is an excellent staff employee, aside from his maintenance work he always has a positive attitude towards each child/parent he encounters with!! His work is not unnoticed ☺️

Aryanna handles every situation with grace, speed, and a positive attitude that reassures everyone involved. She’s a go-to person for solutions, and she never lets a challenge slow her down.

Being new to this area has made my son feel so anxious to go to a new school but the teachers and staff have showed nothing but compassion. Miss.Sophie is such a great example she shows nothing but love, respect, and gratitude towards the children!!

I’ve been looking for schools in the area for a while as I want to make sure I send my daughter to the best possible, and it’s safe to say I’ve found it here! The school is incredible especially Miss Sophie, she demonstrates nothing but compassionate care, love, and nurturing for all of her kids which makes me feel safe in my decision of bringing my daughter to this school!
