The Goddard School of Chantilly (South Riding)

We have been at Goddard since my daughter was nine months old; she is almost three. We will also enroll my son when he turns nine months old. The main reason we love Goddard is their excellent communication. During our medical situation, we left Goddard for a few months to attend a Montessori school with slightly better pricing for all-day care. We encountered many issues with communication and returned to Goddard. Other things we like include:

1. The ability to walk our child to their classroom
2. Trust that our food preferences are followed
3. Variety in student activities throughout the day
4. Outdoor play structures have shade
5. Outdoor areas are ample, and the majority is grass
6. Small teacher-student ratios
7. Opportunity to bond with the teachers
8. Receive honest feedback from the teacher at the end of the day (and...

We have a sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by The Goddard School of Chantilly (East Gate). We are incredibly pleased with many aspects and would like to commend the school's efforts in providing an enriching environment for families. We are pleased with the emphasis placed on creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment and the school's commitment to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion is evident in every aspect of its campus life. Great teachers, good food, clean classrooms, fun and creative activities, transparency, easy communication, constant pictures of my child during the day and great administrative staff.

Best decision I ever made was to enroll my child at this school! After a terrible experience in another school for 3 weeks, my 4 year old is happy and thriving more than ever; he LOVES his teachers and they love him too! Everyone is nice, caring, and kind! We love this center ♥️

Expert and well trained staff and teachers. Caring and loving attitude. Love the detailed plans for child development, thoughtfully planned activities contributing to the overall development of the child.

We have had 2 children in Goddard, from 2018 through today and we are so happy with the care they receive on a daily basis. We love our kids' teachers, the curriculum, real life skills that they're learning, and the high standards. Ms. LaWanda, Ms. Courtney, and Ms. Sara have been stand out teachers for our children, thought all of the teachers are amazing. We are so comforted knowing that our kids have the social and academic foundation to be successful in school and in life!

Hands down the best day care we could imagine for our daughter. She thoroughly enjoys coming every day and we pick her up with an ear to ear smile at the end of the day. She loves to come home and tell us what she's learned and talk about her day and we are so happy that she is there. The entire staff is SUPERB and seems to love the children as much as we do. Whether it's math, language skills, art, alphabet, or just learning to share and play responsibly, this place does it all great.

The Goddard School teachers and support staff create a warm, friendly and inviting environment and know each and every child by name. The owners, the teachers and the admin staff are simply amazing. They put our kids first and it's amazing that they all know the kids by names. We are lucky to be part of the Goddard family. I would highly recommend the school if you are looking for a warm & nurturing environment for your kid as well as a fun and a great learning environment.

My daughter enjoys being at Goddard after her morning kindergarten. The teachers are lovely and attentive to the kids. We, as parents, are very impressed with tadpoles app as it notifies us right away when our daughter gets dropped off at Goddard.

We love this school! The teachers and administrators truly care about my son’s wellbeing. Not only is my son always excited to go, but he’s also learning so much! My husband and I enjoy getting notifications about our son from their app so we can stay on top of everything he’s learning and see cute moments through my his day! I would definitely recommend this school to friends and family.

My wife and I really like the support the administrators and teachers give to the students and their parents. It provides a sense of comfort and safety to know that your children are safe and with people who care about them.

From the front office staff to the teachers everyone at the school is always happy pleasant. All the kids are excited to go to school everyday and what is taught in the classrooms gives the children a great head start for when they enter elementary school.

Everyone that works there is so professional and personal! Actually they take it a step further and when you walk into the school its like walking into your own families house!

Caring faculty and staff, wonderful curriculum! Our daughter is very shy but she's excited to go there and absolutely adores her teachers! She's really blossomed since she started!

I love the daily tadpole report. I know exactly what my child learn/do at school. The staffs are well communicated and polite.

I am truly impressed by the level of education that my children receive on a daily basis. I have a student in half-day public Kindergarten and the Enrichment program that Goddard provides has broaden her knowledge beyond the regular state curriculum and as helped foster her love of learning. Not only does her teacher go above and beyond but she is also building a strong academic and character education foundation.
My younger student comes home with so much to share about what he's learned in school. He is having so much fun with each activity which is so educationally rich but play based while learning the fundamentals that he will need when he begins Kindergarten in the fall. His academic vocabulary is astounding and he loves to apply what he's learning in school with us at home.

Ms Sara and Ms Aslenys always willing to listen and watch out for changes in my daughter needs. They understand that children need different things at different times.

The teachers' care for the kids and the cooperation between them and parents is amazing. We love our son's teachers. They're amazing.

We've been amazed as we've watched our daughter blossom in her reading and communication skills. I am positive that I was not learning about bar graphs and fractions at her age, nor were my reading skills at her level. We're grateful for the quality of instruction and loving nature of Miss Maria.
