I truly appreciate The Goddard School’s philosophy because it focuses on learning through play while still building a strong academic foundation. Their approach understands that children learn best when they are curious, engaged, and encouraged to explore the world around them. I love how the school balances education with creativity, social development, and emotional growth instead of only focusing on academics.

What stands out the most is the nurturing environment created by the teachers and staff. They make children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn every day. The emphasis on communication, collaboration, and hands-on experiences helps prepare children not only for kindergarten, but for life. Goddard’s philosophy truly supports the whole child and creates a positive foundation for lifelong learning.

Great ownership, teachers and environment! Moved here from another state and our son’s transition was smooth because of everyone there. Can’t recommend Goddard enough!

We’ve had a great experience at The Goddard School of Bel Air. The teachers and staff are kind, welcoming, and genuinely care about the kids. Our child is happy, learning a lot, and excited to go to school, which says everything.

Communication has been really solid, and we always feel in the loop. It’s clear the school puts a lot of thought into both learning and creating a safe, supportive environment. We’re really thankful to be part of the Goddard community and would definitely recommend it to other families.

The staff at Goddard are wonderful. They truly care and go above and beyond to nurture my son. We will miss them when he goes to Kindergarten in the Fall.

The Goddard School has consistently gone above and beyond in every way — from their nurturing teachers to the thoughtful curriculum and strong communication. I gave them a ten because they truly treat each child as their own and create an environment where learning, safety, and love come together seamlessly.

We are so grateful for Goddard. The school is owned and operated by people who are invested in giving children and families the best childcare experience possible. Their staff retention is also a great reflection of this commitment. Our 3 YO loves going to school every day, which is so encouraging to see as a parent.

I originally wrote a review after touring Goddard with Ms. Patty, and I remember feeling that our first impression was nothing short of perfect. Even back then, I felt I could truly trust the team with my toddler—and now, two years later, I can say that feeling was absolutely right.

My second daughter is now graduating this year after spending two wonderful years at Goddard Bel Air, and she has truly thrived. The care, attention, and education she received have made such a positive impact on her growth and confidence.

The school continues to be exceptional. The teachers are consistently caring, professional, and attentive, and the owners are genuinely thoughtful and kind-hearted people who create such a nurturing environment for the children.

We’ve had such an amazing experience at The Goddard School in Bel Air! Our 3-year-old son goes here, and we were a little nervous at first since we just moved from out of state and he was starting at a new school. But the transition was honestly so smooth and way better than we expected.

The teachers are amazing—super kind, patient, and really care about the kids.The administration and owners are wonderful as well. Everyone is super welcoming and helpful, and they really make you feel like part of a family.

Our son is so happy going to school every day and has learned so much already. We’re really thankful for Goddard and would definitely recommend it to other families!

This Goddard school is amazing. I’ve had my 3 children enrolled for the past decade. The environment, friendliness, and positive culture have made the school feel almost like a second home to kids. During Covid, the school had rigorous protections in place yet still did everything possible to help stay open for families who weren’t quarantined. They also saw a community need of early elementary aged students who needed a place to go during virtual school and created a room where I could place my daughter to be watched and complete her online school when my wife and I had to return to work. The staff is always friendly and inviting and even the rotation of part time help and aides are great with children and thoroughly vetted. The school hosts tons of fun events throughout the year from trunk or treat, to Father’s Day grilling, and have even had excellent art gallery nights with live...

We love it here!! The staff, teachers, and owners are all personable. I love the honest feedback I receive and all of the pictures I get of my child throughout the day. If there is any kind of incident, I am notified immediately. I absolutely love how involved and helpful the owners are. They are always open to answering any of my questions or concerns I’ve ever had. I feel as though my child is safe and thriving. I love the activities that are planned throughout the year and having different learning opportunities and people from the community come in to making learning fun and hands on. I highly recommend The Goddard School of Bel Air!!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Goddard School in Bel Air. Our family has had all three children go through this school, and each has had a wonderful experience with both the teachers and the management. I'm so happy we found this wonderful school!

I’m extremely satisfied with The Goddard School! The teachers are exceptional, and the curriculum is well-structured. My son has made tremendous progress and learned so much since joining. The staff are dedicated, caring, and create a nurturing environment. Highly recommend!

The most honest review of this facility comes from the students who go there. The graduation ceremony was on Thursday and one of the presentations included video clips of each graduate stating what they wanted to be as a grown up. An answer that kept popping up: a teacher.

That told my husband and I that the kids themselves truly admire and like the staff here. We’ve seen the advances in reading, math, shapes, colors, etc. over time but the joy she has in going to school wasn’t to learn.. it was being with the teachers and class… which makes learning fun.

Hats off to Mr. Eric, Mrs. Brenda, Ms. Jess, and Ms. Laurel. They do a fantastic job in maintaining a secure facility, strong communication, fun learning, and a great attitude.

We feel at ease every day knowing our two kids are in safe, caring, and capable hands at the Goddard School of Bel Air. The teachers and administrative staff are attentive, warm, and truly invested in our children’s development. Both of our kids are thriving! We couldn’t ask for a better place.

My child attended Goddard from about 2 years old until she went into Kindergarten. The facility was always clean and they gave lots of updates/pictures through the app. I still have all the pictures they sent and my daughter still regards Goddard well (she is in second grade now). Mrs.Brenda and Mr.Eric were always friendly and willing to work with us if anything came up. I would definitely pick Bel Air Goddard again if I could!
