The Goddard School Laurel

We have had a wonderful experience at Goddard. As a parent, one of the most important things is knowing your child is loved, safe, and cared for when you’re not there, and the entire staff has made us feel exactly that. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring toward our daughter.

It has been amazing to watch how much she has learned and grown since attending. She is constantly coming home showing us new skills, words, songs, and activities she has learned at school, which is so rewarding to see.

Another thing we truly appreciate is the open-door communication. Like any parent, we’ve had questions and occasional concerns along the way, and the leadership team and teachers have always been approachable, responsive, and willing to listen. We are very Happy to take our son to Goddard School Laurel. Very pleased with the center and with the staff members. The teaching methods are impressive and keep the kids busy all the time, learning and having fun in such a great environment that makes you feel very comfortable to take your kids there!!

Great Admin such as Ms. Dipti and Ms. Malika, nice teachers, and lots of opportunities for connecting, collaborating and sharing feedback for what your child needs! Very thoughtful parent engagement as well!

We are really pleased with our experience at the Goddard. Ms Dipti and Ms Haley and the rest of the staff really upgraded the school for when we first joined. The environment is more welcoming and child friendly. Teachers are nice. I enjoy receiving mid day updates and pictures of my daughter. I appreciate that they provide morning and afternoon snack. It makes the mornings more convenient when do not need to worry about breakfast. I wish there was an option for school provided lunch. Otherwise it’s been a great experience. I 100% recommend.

Miss Haley, the Director, Has been a ROCK STAR. Every time we need help, she's on it. She's delightful and has a great personality. She has has been through battles that no one should, and she is STILL going above and beyond for these kids. She is irreplicable and necessary to this team.

My daughter has been attending The Goddard School since September 2025, and the growth we’ve seen in her has been absolutely amazing. Since enrolling, she has truly come out of her shell and continues to flourish before our eyes every single day.

One of the biggest signs that she genuinely loves being there is how excited she gets every morning — she literally screams “school!” when we arrive. Even on weekends, she asks if she can go to school, which says everything about the environment they’ve created for the children.

Every staff member, from the owner to the teachers and assistants, has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and approachable. As a parent, it gives me so much peace of mind knowing that any question or concern I may have will always be addressed with compassion, professionalism, and in a timely manner.

Our daughter has been going here since she started daycare, about two years ago. The staff are a group of amazing and caring people who truly try their best. It was difficult leaving our child in the beginning but the staff was so patient and understanding.

We also appreciate their policy of not taking the children off-campus. They have a great outdoor play area and try to have activities in-house. My wife and I appreciate that.

We made the decision to leave Alina’s previous school at the beginning of August, and from the moment we walked into The Goddard School, we absolutely fell in love with the environment. The vibe, cleanliness, professionalism, and welcoming atmosphere immediately stood out to us. Since starting here, we have seen so much growth in Alina socially, emotionally, and academically. It truly gives us peace of mind knowing she is in such caring and nurturing hands every single day.

Goddard has been nothing short of a wonderful experience. The academic curriculum works- my son knows both his colors & how to count in Spanish already. The teachers invest their time and attention to providing a well rounded school experience. The classrooms are filled with educational toys, books, and resources to create a jam packed day of fun, learning, and playing. The administration is amazing & are always available to provide guidance and knowledge to parents. We are always well informed about our child’s days & his performance levels. The amount of care and dedication the teachers and staff put in each day is unmeasured. Our son looks forward to going to school everyday and it’s a great feeling to know he’s enjoying his day and is in trusted hands. I am so grateful we chose to enroll our son into Goddard’s program. Great day care and school for little kids. My pre-K kid learns so much every day: letters and numbers, writing, nature, friendship and teamwork, and even some Spanish. The school is clean and tidy, and the teachers set appropriate boundaries and behavior while still being patient and kind.

The staff, teachers, environment, curriculum, activates and care are among the great qualities of The Goddard School of Laurel. I would highly recommend this daycare center. I would love the other families to experience the love and care I felt for my boys by the management staff and teachers.

The Goddard School Laurel has truly helped our child get ready for Kindergarten. They provide scheduled writing, reading, and even math practice. If your child is struggling in a certain area, they will differentiate their instruction to meet the needs of your student. They are consistent and clear communicators with monthly school wide events to help engage with the parent community and build confidence with your young learner. Furthermore, they CARE. It makes my heart happy knowing my child is at a place where he is loved while I have to work. I would recommend them again and again for their solid preparation, love and care for each child, and their flexibility and desire to help each child grow, starting from whoever they are at currently.

Excellent customer service to start with. Professionalism is next, cleanliness is top. The teachers are doing a great job. Once I drop off my child, am at peace knowing that my child is in good hands. Noticed alot of positive changes with my child since she is been there. My daughter started last week, so we don’t have many details yet, but so far it’s been a great experience. The teachers and staff are all super friendly and welcoming. It’s been a pretty tough adjustment for my daughter since she’s used to being with us, but her teachers have been incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the transition.

I would like to start by saying that over all we are very pleased with this daycare and the service it provides. That being said, there were a couple communication issues that happened in the early infant room, which initially scared us about our choice of sending our daughter here. The route of the issues came down to miss communication between the staff in the room and the staff with admin, during a staffing change in that room. The inconsistency of who was in the room and breakdown in the communication caused us to question how much the staff cared for our child.
Once we voiced our concerns, one of the Owners, Ms. Dipti, reached out and helped sort the miscommunication. She made sure all staff were on the same page and kept us informed during that process.

What an improvement this place has made over the past 6 months. I have to shout out the new management for the hard work and dedication to bring our children the best experience. My child’s developmental skills have really shown progress working with the new teachers and I can’t thank them enough. There is no better feeling than knowing your child is as safe, loved, and cared for as they are at home. Thank you Goddard Laurel!
