He was available even at odd hours and I could reach out to him to help me review all the documents and sort through the paperwork that's involved with purchasing a property. It can all be daunting so I really appreciated how John walked me through the details. Being able to trust your realtor is so important and I had the confidence that he was looking out for my best interests.
