I am amazed to what extent Steve Verrier reached out to complete a recently closed purchase. After months of working & guiding the buyers, he assisted them on a continuous basis though out the process. Not only did he support the buyers with assistance but was always updating all the parties included in the transaction. It was a difficult situation, but we were still able to close a VA loan with lots of conditions within 42 days. Steve is a committed broker who is focused on his business Morning, Noon, & Night. Where do I start… last July 2022 I was told my lease will not be renewed after 11 years. I was at a lost when renting skyrocketed and forced to move in with my daughter and I was approached by a family friend who said I have the man for you, he is persistent and will get the job done . Let me tell you Steve made the impossible POSSIBLE. He worked relentlessly, he was there holding our hands and walking us through every step of the way. There were times when I thought we give up or it wasn’t going to happen but this man fought and fought never backing down and finally May 12th we closed on our own home.
