I only use Elite Group because their service is always top notch starting from Josh Niehaus all the way to their inspectors from Scott Osko, Brad Isler, Mike Adams, Jason Solano, Cory Hett, Alan Ibarra, Steve Coulter, the list goes on and on... They are always on time to the inspections and are very thorough with their inspections. If there are any questions that my clients have after the inspection, they are still there to help give advice or their comments on the inspection. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is inspected even if it means crawling underneath crawl space to go look at the foundation. Now, I believe they have updated their technology to use remote control cars with cameras to go check out the foundation so I know they are always improving.

Anytime I can't get an inspection in on my client's schedule, I just have to call Josh Niehaus and he will make it happen. No questions asked. He makes me feel like I'm his only customer when I know he's busy serving all his other clients. Overall, a great experience everytime with this group and I cannot ask for better service from them.
