The Credit Repairmen

I'm very disappointed. I sent my sister with my mom to seek assistance in correcting her credit burial. I set up an appointment for my mother with Kaleb. When they arrived some guy tells them "Fred will take care of you and do a better job than Kaleb." So Kaleb when you read this I really hope you are their boss. This guy Fred did pull the credit and went over the report with my mother and my sister. When my sister said we would think about it, he then asked for for payment, which was never covered at the beginning of the meeting. The only reason my mother gave him her card was because he told her it was $1 fee for pulling the credit. Once he had the credit card in his hands he went on to cover that my mom is now signed up for a credit monitoring service "that everyone has" for $30 per month. My sister explained we did not authorize this and asked Fred to please cancel it. Fred insisted, everyone has this service and he was sorry he could not cancel it only my mother can since it's her credit. So, Fred and The Credit Repairmen have the ability to delete items off our credit burial as a third party, but they cannot cancel a service they signed us up for without authorization??? I really expected professionals, not some crooked scammers.
