I called and spoke with John on recommendation from cousin. He was so knowledgeable, professional, & just all around helpful!!! His advice was free of charge. He was so helpful, I wanted to pay him!!!!!

I was given Johns number to help me with my credit which I had been working on myself, but needed a little more help. I felt like I reached a point where there wasn’t any hope for me from a conversation I had with someone else who just shot me down without really getting all the information. Honestly he discouraged me and I was really close to giving up. I highly recommend John, Rachel and The Credit Care Company team. I own my own business and am buying a home. My attorney recommended them to help me prepare for the "self-employed" approval process. Frankly, I never would have searched online or sought a company like this on my own because I wouldn't know if I was dealing with a legitimate company or not. But I've worked with them for more than 6 months now, and their service exceeded my expectations. I even ignored a few things on my credit report that I considered insignificant, but John (who is very detail-oriented) insisted we remove them so I would have the cleanest credit report possible. They've answered every question I had without judgment and were very knowledgeable about what I needed to do in each step of my specific situation. I consider that exceptional customer service.
