They have your best interest in mind and want you to feel there is light at the end of the tunnel. In about 8 months had over a dozen collections removed and gave me the direction to have a high credit score. I found The Credit Care Company on LinkedIn. I had a basic understanding on what would help me build my credit but I thought it would be worth it to give the Credit Care Company a call. John was very helpful with any questions I had. He was great with calling back and emailing everything he said he would within a matter of minutes! and he didn't charge me for advice. He easily could have charged me even a small fee , but he didn't! That is hard to come by these days!
As far as credit karma!! They are way off with your credit score. Don't recommend ! I do recommend John!!!!!

There's no words to explain how kind and amazing John is. I called about a credit card that he has no responsibility for and yet he handle my concern as if he was the President of the company. I filled out the form for the free consultation and got a response the very next day from John. Being that I had already paid an astronomical amount of money to some credit repair company, John didn't want to charge me any more just to speed up the process. However, he offered some free help and advice to get me where I need to be even faster. I never gave this man a dime. I have done one of the things he suggested and it worked.
For those who are looking for someone to help build your credit and that actually cares about helping people and not just taking people's money, I think John is worthy of your business.
