The need for a family home came due to a family medical situation. It was sudden, unexpected, and needs to happen immediately. Overwhelmed with a process I've never been through before, John was able to review my credit (score in the 500's) and reassure me that I'm in better shape than I thought, provide me with additional resources to follow through on some minor factors, addirional contacts for the next steps in the home buying process, and get me set up for the best results in the shortest amount of time. All during the FREE consultation. Bad news: there's not much else John can do to work with me. Good news: He wants each of us to be where we need to be to better our situations and I feel confident he will be there should future needs arise. Where do I begin. I am trying to qualify for a mortgage loan so that my wife and I can purchase our first home, but my score was just a little to low to qualify.
