The Clear Factor

I just had Clear Factor take care of lichens that were growing on my roof. I was very pleased and happy with the results. Ryan and his assistant were very professional and thorough. They carefully protected my plantings and deck area prior to applying the solution to the roof. I was also happy that they do not power wash, which I believe can shorten the life of the roof shingles. Great job! I highly recommend their service. Additionally they provide a two year warranty.
