I was very happy with the work Chim Cheree did on my chimney. Shawn inspected my chimney and showed pictures of the inside and outside of my chimney on his initial visit. He and his helper arrived on the scheduled date to do the work. Again he explained what he would do and completed that work in a timely manner. After they finished, he showed me pictures of the chimney at various stages of repair. Everyone I dealt with on the phone and in person from Chim Cheree was courteous and professional with me. The stainless steel cover they put on my chimney looks great and I feel that the work they did will take care of my long-standing problem. Mignon C.
